This variety has maroon leaves with an attractive silver veil year round giving them their ‘frosted’ look. Dark burgundy veins are strong in spring, and have a hint of violet throughout the year. Pale pink flowers bloom on short stems during spring, summer and autumn.

These little cuties can be used in mixed containers, rockeries but also ideally suited for at least one season as house plants in a well-lit window or conservatory.
Prefers full sun or partial shade in free draining soil or compost.
A hardy plant which should survive normal winter conditions outside, especially if protected from the hardest frosts.
Provide container plants with a mild fertiliser only. Protect from scorching sun and over-watering.
