Ideal for pots on the patio, in border fringes or raised beds. Often used in granite planting sinks with other alpines and low growing varieties.
The Rhodohypoxis has been known to grow in swampy areas, but should be kept on the dry side, with free draining soil during winter. However, do not allow the bulbs to completely dry out.
Can withstand winter conditions in well protected, free draining garden situations.
